founded in 1996 is
the first registry of its kind, uniting
breeders and enthusiasts of all breeds
of cats in one unique registry. The
IPCBA is composed of Chartered Breed
Associations. Each Chartered Breed Association
has full control of their breed standard
and the requierments for registration.
